Instructions for Oral Presentations
- Each presentation is allocated 15 minutes: 12 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for Q&A.
- Please arrive at the session room 10 minutes before your scheduled time.
- Use the provided laptop or bring your own device with necessary adapters.
- Ensure your presentation is in PDF or PowerPoint format.
- Strictly adhere to the time limit to maintain the schedule.
Instructions for Poster Presentations
- Poster size should be A0 (841mm x 1189mm) in portrait orientation.
- Set up your poster at the designated location 30 minutes before the session.
- Include a clear title, author names, and affiliations at the top of the poster.
- Use large fonts and visuals to ensure readability from a distance.
- Be present at your poster during the scheduled session for discussions.
